Registration Information

General Information

You may register for the meeting at the advance registration rates if your completed registration application, with payment, is received on or before 5 April 2002. If your registration is received in the ISMRM office after 5 April 2002, you must pay onsite registration fees.

Members in good standing of ISMRM may register for the 10th Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers.  If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate.

The Scientific Meeting registration entitles registrants to the Proceedings of the meeting on CD ROM.  If you choose to receive a 3-vol. printed set in addition to the CD ROM, there will be an additional charge of $50.00.  After the preregistration deadline, 5 April 2002, printed sets (subject to availability) will cost US$200.00.  The registration fee also includes one copy of the Program Book and admission to the Technical Exhibition.

Receipts and name badges will be mailed to preregistered attendees, who may pick up their badge holders at the preregistration desk located in the Hawai'i Convention Center. Admission to the Educational Programs, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please bring and wear your name badge at all times.
