Housing Information
In order to get the special convention rate, delegates must make their reservations through the official housing company, CHM. More detailed information on the various hotels is provided in the link below. Do not contact hotels directly in Miami as reservations are to be made only through the officially appointed housing company. Official Society hotels will not honor direct inquiries for hotel rooms at the special convention rates. Please note that in order to insure the convention rates, you should make your housing arrangements on or before 25 March 2005. To view you will need to download Acrobat Reader.
Please Note: Delegates who have reserved their rooms at the official ISMRM hotels in Miami will receive a shuttle bus pass upon check-in at their hotel. Only delegates who are staying in official ISMRM hotels will be able to access the free shuttle bus service in Miami.

Please Note: The ISMRM has made contract commitments in order to assure a wide range of hotels and prices from which to choose over the dates of our meeting, and to assure that these hotels are clean, safe, and in good proximity to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The ISMRM does not make money from the hotels. Instead, the hotel contracts stipulate that the ISMRM must fill a certain percentage of the rooms it has contracted to avoid attrition liability. So help the ISMRM help you: Book your room through the official housing company, CHM, by following the directions outlined above.
