Dear Exhibitor,

We are pleased to invite you to join us at the ISMRM 13^th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition to be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center in beautiful South Beach, Miami, Florida, USA, 7-13 May 2005.

Please note the following:

• This year you will receive the exhibitor prospectus by the first week of September.  Please monitor our web site as we do plan to have a full electronic version available online as well. 

• New this year is a special discount for publishers.  If you feel you may qualify for this publishers’ discount, please contact me at Roberta@ismrm.org or Katie Simmons at Katie@ismrm.org.

• This year the sponsorship opportunities for our exhibitors will be expanded.  More information on these sponsorship opportunities will be available in the prospectus as well as online by the first week of September.  If you would like more information now about sponsorship, please feel free to contact me at Roberta@ismrm.org.

• We have appointed Convention Housing Management (CHM ) once again to coordinate all hotel reservations for delegates and exhibitors.  Please note that those exhibitors who do not book their housing through CHM will lose priority points, as well as possibly priority placement.  Housing will open online on 31 August 2004.

• As in the past, all requests for meetings and social functions must be made through the ISMRM meetings department in order to avoid conflicts with the official ISMRM program.  Those exhibitors booking meetings outside and with notice to the ISMRM will lose priority points and placement.  Forms will be available in the service kit as well as online.

• This year we will be sending a regular bi-weekly electronic newsletter to all 2005 exhibitor representatives, updating our program details, deadline reminders, sponsorship opportunities, etc.  We encourage to list with us the email addresses of all those employees who are involved in your planning processes for this newsletter.  Space will be available for this purpose on the application/contract for space.

We encourage you to monitor our web site for program updates as well as further information on our technical exhibition.
