Overview:
This two-hour session will introduce current approaches using MR to assess non-invasively the response to therapy. The current strategic focus is to develop and validate imaging as potential biomarkers or candidate surrogate markers for response assessment, both in clinical trials as well as personalized therapeutic management.

Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to:
• Identify opportunities to use MR for non-invasive assessment of therapy;
• Recognize requirements for standardization of acquisition and analysis;
• Apply standardized approaches to use the potential of MR within clinical use; and
• Explain current concepts in image based assessment.
