Become a Member today and save!  If you wish to become an ISMRM, ESMRMB or SMRT member to receive the member discount on your  meeting registration, please follow these instructions carefully:
	BECOME AN ISMRM MEMBER: Download and complete an ISMRM membership application, and send it in with your registration form (be sure to register as a member!). Note: a completed membership application must accompany your registration form in order to ensure processing.  Incomplete applications and/or registration forms will not be processed.  Mail or fax all documents together (fax: +1.510.841.2340).
	BECOME AN ESMRMB MEMBER: Complete the ESMRMB membership process,
	BECOME AN SMRT MEMBER: Download and complete an SMRT membership application, and send it in with your registration form (be sure to register as a member!). Note: a completed membership application must accompany your registration form in order to ensure processing.  Incomplete applications and/or registration forms will not be processed.  Mail or fax all documents together (fax: +1.510.841.2340).

Receipts:  Receipts will be e-mailed to pre-registered attendees.  Badges and materials will be available for pick-up at the pre-registration desk in Stockholm.  No meeting materials will be mailed.

Meeting materials:  The Scientific Meeting registration entitles registrants to the Proceedings of the meeting on CD ROM, and admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Scientific Meeting will have access to the Proceedings two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website.

Weekend Educational registration entitles registrants to the weekend syllabus. This year, the syllabus for the weekend educational courses will be produced in CD format only. In addition, advance registrants for the weekend courses will have access to the syllabus content two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. Complete information on this will be sent to the registrants in April.

Proceedings and Weekend Education Syllabus The Scientific Meeting registration fee entitles registrants to the Proceedings of the meeting on CD ROM. Registration for the Weekend Educational Program also entitles registrants to the Weekend Educational Syllabus on CD ROM.

Admission to the Educational Programs, the Clinical Courses, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please bring and wear your name badge at all times. (return to top)

Member discount:  Members in good standing of the ISMRM, ESMRMB, or SMRT may register for the ISMRM-ESMRMB Joint Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of ISMRM, ESMRMB, or SMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate.

Onsite registration hours:  To minimize long lines at our registration area, we encourage you to visit on Friday, 30 April 2010.

Refunds and Cancellations:  A refund of the registration fee, less $75.00 for administrative charges, will be made for any program when a written request is received in the ISMRM Central Office on or before 14 April 2010. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Attention Educational Stipend, E.K. Zavoisky, and Junior Fellow Applicants:

It is strongly suggested that you NOT register for the ISMRM-ESMRMB Joint Annual Meeting 2010 until you receive a notification of acceptance or non-acceptance of your abstract!  These notices will be sent to you during the first two weeks of February 2010.
