- 15 minutes for business (5 minutes for each study group)
- 45 minutes allotted for the 15 poster award candidates to give brief (2-minute) introductions of themselves and their respective topics
- 30 minutes of dedicated poster viewing and voting (noting that attendees will only have time to focus on the posters that caught their eye during the presentation session)
- 25 minutes panel discussion/debate on “What Will it Take to Ensure Safe Parallel Transmit?”
