VISA INFORMATION

Visitors will need a valid passport to enter Australia. Please make sure your passport is at least six months current to the date of entry or you may be turned away. They will also require a visa.

The Electronic Travel Authority for Australian Tourist Visas is the most advanced and streamlined visa authorization system in the world. The ETA replaces visa labels or stamps and removes the need for application forms. The Australian ETA is an electronically stored authorization for travel to Australia, meaning you don't need paper documentation or a stamp in your passport. There is a $20AUD fee for the ETA Visa.  We suggest you apply for a:

Short Validity Business ETA
If you are travelling for business purposes, you should apply for the Short Validity Business ETA. It is valid for 12 months with stays of up to 3 months on each visit, and can be used for single or multiple entry travel. Employment is prohibited.

Important: changes to ETA eligibility from 27 October 2008

From 27 October 2008, European passport holders will have access to the new eVisitor service when applying online for authority to visit Australia.

Travelers from non-ETA countries are required to make a paper-based travel visa application prior to travel. Our Short Travel Visa Guide will assist with the process.
