OVERVIEW

The course will provide an in-depth discussion of the use of conventional and emerging MRI techniques for performing MRI neurography. The lectures will review basic MRI neurography protocols and discuss the MRI findings of various disorders involving peripheral nerves and the brachial and lumber plexus. The lectures will also describe emerging techniques for performing MRI neurography.

 
TARGET AUDIENCE
“MRI Neurography” is designed for radiologists and clinical care providers who wish to update their knowledge on the use of MRI for evaluating peripheral nerves and the brachial and lumber plexus.
 
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize emerging techniques for performing MRI neurography; and
  • Apply MRI for evaluating peripheral nerves and the brachial and lumbar plexus.
