Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB 2014 10-16 May 2014 Milan, Italy

WEEKEND EDUCATIONAL COURSE
Multidisciplinary Neuroradiology, Part 2
SKILL LEVEL: Basic to Advanced
ORGANIZER: Howard A. Rowley, M.D.
Sunday, 11 May 2014 (07:30 - 18:00)

OVERVIEW
The 2014 ISMRM weekend course in Neuroradiology will address eight major topics over two days. Each session will include three speakers to address the clinical, radiological, and technical perspectives of a particular topic, followed by an interactive discussion with the audience.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This wide-ranging course is meant to appeal to (and challenge) students, scientists, physicists, engineers, and clinicians interested in learning more about multidisciplinary clinical neuroscience topics and how to employ new advanced imaging applications.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:

  • Demonstrate new and emerging techniques in neonatal ischemia;
  • Identify core and secondary features of autism;
  • Evaluate the role of current imaging techniques in patients with epilepsy; and
  • Assess key clinical issues in CNS tumors and the optimal role of imaging in management.
