Purpose and Structure of ISAC
ISAC was founded to facilitate the exchange of information between organizations and societies that are working in the field of magnetic resonance;
The ISMRM and the organizations and societies that participate in ISAC remain legally independent.

ISAC had meetings during the ISMRM 10th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition in Honolulu, Hawai'i, USA, the ISMRM 11th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the ISMRM 12th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition in Kyoto, Japan, the ISMRM 13th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition in Miami, Florida, USA, the ISMRM 14th Scientific Meeting & Exhibition in Seattle, Washington, USA, as well as the Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB in Berlin, Germany..
