Dear ISMRM Colleagues:

All of the key elements are now in place for the 11th Annual Scientific Meeting and Exhibition of the ISMRM, to be held July 10-16 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.  The Scientific program will begin on Saturday, July 12, after a two-day educational program on Thursday and Friday, July 10-11.

The Scientific Program and Education Committees have been working intensively to refresh and deploy the excellent program that was in place for the original dates in May.  We have been gratified by the overwhelming support of scientific delegates and program faculty.  Within days of the announcement of the rescheduled meeting, over 90% of these presenters have already reconfirmed their plans to participate. 

In recognition of the rapid scientific pace of our field, an opportunity has been announced to submit special abstracts for a new program entitled Late Breaking MR.  The deadline for submissions is May 28, 2003. 

The special Questions and Answers link for the Annual Meeting has been a heavily-visited area of the ISMRM website.  We will continue to update this area with information about the rescheduled meeting.

I would like to once again thank the many members and staff of our Society who have so effectively to responded to the recent challenges and have now completed arrangements for what promises to truly outstanding ISMRM Annual meeting!
