Postdoctoral Position in Interventional MRI/Image Guided Therapy

We have an immediate postdoctoral opening for a two-year NIH-funded project to develop methods in MRI-guided tumor ablation. The project involves numerical simulation of RF electric and magnetic fields and tissue heating effects, specialized RF coil development, and pulse sequence design. The work will be carried out in collaboration with Robin Medical, Inc., a medical device company.

Candidates must have a Ph.D., a solid background in MR physics or engineering, as well as expertise in electronics, software pulse sequence development and/or RF coil design.
