Postdoctoral Position in Advanced Imaging Research Center (MR Spectroscopy)

The Advanced Imaging Research Center (AIRC), UT Southwestern Medical Center, is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to work on high-field MR Spectroscopy.

We have several on-going MRS projects developing new MR sequences and clinical applications to human brain, calf muscle, etc. AIRC possesses research-dedicated 3T and 7T whole-body Philips MR scanners, and 7T and 9.4T Varian animal MR imagers, with instruments for multi-nuclear studies.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent; background in experimental MRS; strong communication skills in written and verbal English; and it would be helpful to have experience in working in the medical domain. Outstanding candidates with experience in MR sequence programming and data acquisition in the Philips environments are encouraged to apply.
