Postdoctoral Position |

The University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada), in
collaboration with the Magnetic Resonance Research & Development Group
of the National Research Council Institute for Biodiagnostics (NRC-IBD),
invites applications for one postdoctoral position. The research project will involve sequence development and implementation, as well as coil fabrication to be used for parallel imaging combined with non-Fourier encoding techniques in MRSI. The project will also involve the development and testing of multi-dimensional excitation RF pulses using the multi-transmit tool. The NRC-IBD is equipped with a research-dedicated Siemens 3T Tim-Trio horizontal bore scanner equipped with multi-transmit capabilities. Candidates must be adept at scientific computing, and experience with MATLAB and C is desirable.
