SMRT VIDEO HOME STUDIES FOR NONMEMBERS

How to Obtain Credits and Your Certificate

  • Be sure to fill out all of the contact information at the beginning of the Quiz.

  • Achieve a score of 75% or better and receive your CE Certificate by email within 90 days.

  • Persons receiving a score less than 75% will be notified and given the option of taking the quiz an additional two times.

---You MUST, however, complete the QUIZ in its entirety. 

---Our system will not allow you to save your answers without clicking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the quiz.

---You will receive your certificate electronically via email.
