• Quarterly Signals Newsletter - Educational articles for MR technologists, highlights of SMRT activities, student scopes, future meeting announcements, book reviews, safety articles, and job opportunities. Members are encouraged to contribute!
• SMRT Educational Seminars - To meet the growing need for high quality educational material for MRI/S technologists, the SMRT has created a home study program that is accredited for Category A Continuing Education credits required to maintain ARRT registry of advanced examination for MR.  This home study program is restricted to SMRT members only.  For a complete list of the SMRT Educational Seminars published to date, click here.
• SMRT Continuing Education Credit Activity Report  - Maintains a record of all Continuing Education credits earned through SMRT educational programs.
• Reduced registration fees for SMRT annual and regional meetings and ISMRM meetings and workshops.
• ISMRM Study Groups - Study groups are established to foster interaction among members with a common interest in topical and active areas of MR. There is no charge for SMRT members to join study groups (non-voting study group membership). Study group membership is renewable annually with your SMRT membership; however, if you have already renewed your SMRT membership and now wish to join a study group, please contact the ISMRM Central Office.     

• Reduced subscription fees for the ISMRM journals - Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (JMRI) and Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (MRM).

• ISMRM/SMRT Membership Directory - Online directory accessible only to ISMRM/SMRT members.

• Applications submitted and approved between January 1 and September 30 are effective for the current calendar year.  Approved applicants will receive all publications mailed since January 1, and will be invoiced in October for the following year's dues.
• Applications submitted and approved between October 1 and December 31 are effective the following calendar year, unless the applicant specifically requests to join for the current calendar year.  Benefits will begin on January 1 of the following calendar year.
