Prospective participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. The deadline for receipt is 23:59 on 5 December, 2006 (US Eastern Standard Time) - EXTENDED DEADLINE!

Format: Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format, of 1 page in length, including all images, tables, graphs, and references. No smaller than 10 pt font should be used (Arial font is recommended).  Should be formatted for a page that is 8.5”/21.5 cm wide x 11”/28 cm high; with margins of 1” (2.5 cm) on all sides.

The abstract PDF should include:
1) abstract title
2) authors, affiliations
3) introduction,
4) the methods used,
5) the results obtained,
6) discussion and conclusion, and
7) references


A cover message on separate PDF should indicate:
1) abstract title
2) list of authors and
3) full contact information, including postal address, phone and fax number, and e-mail address for each
4) the author’s preference for
- oral presentation
- poster presentation
- poster only

Abstracts will be reviewed for scientific merit, relevance to the field, clarity and soundness. Notification of action taken will be sent via email by
15 December, 2006.
