Registration

Cancellation Policy: To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 04 May 2016. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$100 processing charge. No refunds can be granted for cancellation after this date.

Special Needs of Disabled Persons: We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us better accommodate you. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program.

Registration Fees include:

  • Workshop registration and materials

  • 3 nights accommodation (evenings of the Wednesday 8 June, Thursday 9 June, and Friday 10 June)

  • 3 lunches

  • All morning/afternoon coffee/snack breaks during the workshop
