Cancellation Policy:
To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 05 January 2017. Refunds will be subjected to a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date.

Special Needs of Disabled Persons:
We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us better accommodate you. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program.

Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

  • Workshop registration and materials
  • 3 Continental Breakfasts, 3 Lunches, and 1 Reception
  • All morning/afternoon coffee/snack breaks during the workshop

* NOTE: Your 2017 dues must be paid to qualify for the member or trainee member rate.
** Trainees include postdocs, residents, fellows, and SMRT/technologists.
