Venue, Accommodations, and Travel

The International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine has arranged for accomodations with Chaminade at Santa Cruz, which is the site of the workshop.  Chaminade is a mission style hotel and executive conference center located in a 300-acre bluff overlooking the Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz, California, USA.  Chaminade's location offers an ideal venue for conferences and is known for its high level of service, outstanding food, spectacular grounds, and guest leisure activities.

Because of the unique location of this workshop, the workshop fee includes workshop attendance and materials, three nights' accomodation (18th, 19th, and 20th of October), dinner on the evening of the 18th, all three meals on the 19th and 20th, and breakfast and lunch on the 21st of October.

A number of rooms are available for the night of the 21st.  If you wish to extend your stay to include this additional night, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and add US$215 if choosing a single room or US$175 (per person) if choosing a double room.  Any additional nights booked include all meals.

Chaminade will arrange airport transportation upon request.  From San Jose International Airport or Monterey Airport, the cost is US$45 per person, each direction.  From San Francisco International Airport (SFO), the cost is US$85 per person, each direction.  If you are interested in this service, please contact the ISMRM office for further information.
