Venue and Accommodations

Airlie Center, located at
6809 Airlie Road, Warrenton, Virginia,  20187 USA, was founded in 1960 as an “island of thought,” and has provided a unique environment for the creative exchange of ideas ever since. As one of the original conference centers in the country, Airlie was considered a model of innovation when it hosted its first group in 1960 and has since been updated to provide guests with the latest technology.

Situated in the heart of the Virginia Piedmont, an area noted for its rich history and diverse habitat, the Center’s campus is surrounded by hundreds of acres of surrounding wetlands, meadows and woodlands. The Center’s natural setting provides a scenic backdrop for jogging, biking, fishing, volleyball, softball, horseshoes, swimming, tennis or skeet shooting. Airlie’s campus offers trails and gardens for visitors to enjoy its diverse flora and fauna.

Wireless internet access is available free of charge in the Airlie House Lobby (open 24/7) and the Pub (open nightly from 5:30pm-11:30pm). Internet access is also complimentary in the sleeping rooms (some houses are wireless, others offer it via Ethernet cable - which Airlie provides in the room). There are also 2 guest services computers in our business center for our guests to use - also complimentary.

Because of the unique location of this workshop, we have combined the workshop registration with lodging and meals. This includes workshop attendance and materials, three nights' accommodation (10th, 11th, and 12th of November), dinner on the evening of the 10th, all three meals on the 11th, 12th, and breakfast on the 13th of November.

For further information regarding Airlie Center's unique location, please visit www.airlie.com   As the ISMRM has contracted with Airlie Center for this workshop, we request that you direct any questions regarding your accommodations, meals, etc. to +1.510.841.1899, or write to Katie@ismrm.org
