From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol:

Train: Board at the Schiphol Plaza station located in the central hall of the terminal beneath the departure lounge.  NS (Dutch Railways) ticket desks and machines are located in the terminal building.  A pass to Rotterdam typically costs 15€ at minimum.   With one change, the train ride to Rotterdam Central takes approximately 54 minutes.

Rental Car:  Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National, and Sixt rental car services are available at the airport.

Taxi: A typical minimum charge for a taxi to Rotterdam is 90€.   The drive takes approximately 45 minutes.
