For the ISMRM 11th Scientific
Meeting & Exhibition, all abstracts must be submitted electronically, via the ISMRM
Web site. No paper forms will be available. Any abstract
submitted on an old paper form will not be considered for review.
Please read the following
instructions for our new online abstract system! There
are substantial changes from previous years!
|
The uploaded file should contain
only the body of the abstract, beginning with the synopsis
(NO TITLE OR AUTHORS). The document should be in .doc or .rtf
format. If creating your abstract in WordPerfect, just "save
as".rtf. For those of you who use LaTeX, there are LaTex-to-rtf converters
available free of charge on the internet.
-
The text should be formatted in one
column across the page (see sample on left below).
Text wrap around equations, tables, and figures will be accommodated
in the output.
In order to achieve a proper
conversion of your abstract to its final form, please use a template that is 8.5"
(21.5 cm) wide x 11" (28 cm) high with a top margin of 0.5" (1.25 cm), a bottom
margin of 2.0" (5.00 cm), and right and left margins of 0.5" (1.25
cm). Please also use standard fonts such as Arial, Times, or Times New
Roman. The font size should be 8pt or larger.
Your abstract should be no
more than one page in length once the title and authors are added by the submission system
(see sample on right below).
In order for your abstract
to be blinded for peer review, DO NOT include title, authors, and affiliations in
the uploaded file.

What you should upload -
No title, authors, or
