The topics to be covered in this
afternoon (two hours) course are related to the emerging imaging
technologies associated with MRI in a fairly broad sense but with a
special target of covering some of the less known approaches to
signal generation, detection and encoding. Our overall goal is to
broaden the horizons of MR scientists, Ph.D. students and clinicians
by presenting the cutting edge developments in the areas beyond the
mainstream MRI. Speakers are mainly basic scientists, and the format
will be lectures and discussion. The format of the course will be lectures and discussion. The course is intended for MR scientists, Ph.D. students and clinicians with intermediate to advanced knowledge of the basic MRI techniques and hardware, who are seeking new challenges, thinking of the future directions or looking for the new diagnostic modalities and treatment options. |
