  • 2D and 3D tumor estimation methods are developed for PI-RADS v2 assessment of prostate-cancer. 2D ellipse-fitting approach showed good agreement with radiologist assessment. 3D tumor-estimation can provide complimentary information to clinicians, which needs further investigation.
