Tumor Estimation for PI-RADS v2 Assessment of Prostate Cancer using Multiparametric MRI

- 2D and 3D tumor estimation methods are
developed for PI-RADS v2 assessment of prostate-cancer. 2D ellipse-fitting approach showed good
agreement with radiologist assessment. 3D tumor-estimation can provide
complimentary information to clinicians,which
needs further investigation.
