In this
study, we harmonized WEPCAST MRI for BBB permeability assessment across two major vendors and examined the test-retest reproducibility of the technique. The
results showed that WEPCAST MRI can give a reliable assessment of BBB
permeability with an excellent reproducibility.
Figure 2. Comparison
of WEPCAST results from two scanners. (a) Representative WEPCAST control and
difference images for one participant from two scanners. (b) WEPCAST signal
profile of SSS from two scanners and scatter plot of water extraction fraction
measured from two scanners. (c) Bland-Altman plots comparing PS measurements on
two scanners. The solid line indicates the average difference between two
scanner and the dashed line indicate the 95% confidence interval.

reproducibility of WEPCAST MRI, including intra-session CoV, inter-session CoV
and inter-scanner CoV of PS measurements.
