Overview


Target Audience
Radiographers, technologists, radiologists, scientists, and anyone who can benefit from additional MR physics instruction.

Educational Objectives
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
- Review the effects of magnetization and induction on passive and active implants;
- Describe of the methods for implant testing and their limitations;
- Explain the MR Conditions and how to interpret and comply with them;
- Interpret static field spatial gradient data; and
- Recognize the additional risks associated with active implants with specific examples.
