Overview
The forum consists of two main parts. The first is a lecture on health equity with an emphasis on Native Hawaiian’s health. Next we will have an open forum where members have the opportunity to share their experiences in a safe space. The discussion will be broadly divided into three parts. First, research operations, including changes to research funding, pressure within academic institutions, and international travel/mobility. Next, recent changes to EDI programs. Finally, your vision for the future of EDI, replicating successes and impact of rebranding. The last hour will be a networking reception, where you can discuss 1-on-1 or in small groups with the panelists, members of the EDI Task Force, and one another.

Target Audience
All ISMRM and ISMRT members, both senior and junior members (early and mid-/late- career stage).
