I have been working within MRI for ten years with an interests centered on development and applications of acquisition and analysis techniques for diffusion weighted imaging.

An important part of my personal development as a researcher has emerged from fruitful collaborations with several MRI groups in the Nordic countries. I believe that maintaining and nurturing the network across the Nordics is important for promoting the advance of MRI in clinical practice, biomedical research and not at least for attracting new talents to the field.

As a Swede now living and working in Denmark I would be happy to further develop this great potential within the framework of the ISMRM Nordic Chapter.
