Message from SMRT Program Committee
Consider joining magnetic resonance technologists from around the world in attending the 11th Annual Meeting of the Section for Magnetic Resonance Technologists being held in Honolulu, Hawai'i, in May 2002! The meeting will be held in conjunction with the 10th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM).
The SMRT has set a precedent around the globe for providing quality educational opportunities for magnetic resonance technologists. The Program Committee for the Hawai'i meeting is diligently working to make this "your meeting" by incorporating topics and speakers requested by previous meeting attendee evaluations. We look forward to offering a program that provides excellent, timely information for technologists from every professional setting. Application for continuing medical education credit will be made.
Fortunately, the venue for the meeting provides a beautiful backdrop for our learning environment! The island paradise of the Hawaiian Tropics will be a wonderful place for you to share and network with colleagues. We strongly encourage you to participate in the program by presenting a scientific paper or poster. Also, the meeting will provide the opportunity for you to attend the annual SMRT Business Meeting and participate in decisions that guide the SMRT.
