Cancellation Policy:

All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 06 March 2019.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferrable. No attendee may substitute for another.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Special Needs of Disabled Persons:
We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, food allergy, or other special need, advance notification will help us better accommodate you. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program.

Registration Rates Fees vary depending on your registration choice. Please see the chart below. Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

OPTIONAL: Educational Focus Session Sunday, 31 March 2019, 09:00–14:30 Note: Attendance at this optional event is only available to registrants of the full UHF workshop.	US$110.00		This fee includes: Registration and materials for one of the two hands-on workshops One coffee break One lunch
Registration for an Educational Focus Session on Sunday, 31 March, is a separate fee of US$110. To register, please select the session option you wish to attend during the registration process for the primary UHF workshop. The fee will be added to your total at check-out. Accommodations for the night of 30 March are not included. If you require accommodations, you must indicate during the registration process. The cost for the extra night accommodations is 77 Euros which is payable to the hotel when you check-in and this rate includes the breakfast buffet.
