Early Registration & Cancellation Deadline:

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by the above deadline.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
Registrations are not transferrable. No attendee may substitute for another.

NOTE: Registration includes the nights of 11, 12, & 13 January 2026 only. Nights booked outside of these dates are based upon availability and are not covered by ISMRM. Additional nights outside the registration dates and any incidental expenses incurred are to be paid by workshop attendee upon check-out.

* Important Notice About Room Share Registration

To register at the Shared Room rate, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE. Use the printable room share form at the bottom of this page.

IMPORTANT: We do not find a roommate for you. If you do not already have a roommate at the time of registration, you will need to register at the full, private-room registration rate.

If you do have a roommate, the Registrar must receive both individuals' registration forms before either will be processed.
