					1) Logina. Your user name will be your member/meeting ID (this 
					number can be found on your badge)
 b. Your password is your last name
 i. Case sensitive – first letter capitalized
 ii. (without spaces, apostrophes or hyphens)
 
					The first time you login, 
					you will be asked to select your designation. This will 
					impact the kind of credit certificate you will be eligible 
					for. Don’t worry, if a mistake is made, you will be able to 
					change this later. 
					2) Click the “Events” tab 
					from the home screen 
					3) Select the event which 
					you wish to evaluate / claim credit for 
					4) You can find session in 
					the course list, or by searching for a title, day or speaker 
					5) Each session will have 
					its own evaluation. Complete the evaluation to add the 
					course to your meeting. 
					6) After adding all 
					sessions you wish to evaluate/claim credit for, click 
					“Review and confirm” in the upper right. 
					7) Although multiple types 
					of credit will appear you will only receive the type of 
					certificate appropriate for the role you selected upon 
					login. 
					-When finished, click 
					“Finalize record”.-If changes need to be made after you have finalized your 
					Meeting, please email Sally (Sally@ismrm.org) 
					at the ISMRM Central Office.
 
					8) When finished, click 
					“Sign Off” in the upper right. |
