Cancellation Policy: To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 08 August 2014. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$75 processing charge. No refunds can be granted for cancellation after this date.

Special Needs of Disabled Persons: We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us better accommodate you. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program.

Fees are in US dollars and must be paid in US funds.

IMPORTANT FLIGHT/ACCOMMODATION ADVISEMENT

Thank you for your Safety in MRI workshop registration. Please be reminded that, though the ISMRM registration fee does NOT include hotel accommodations, the ISMRM host hotel, the Renaissance Hotel in Washington DC, has set aside a number of rooms to accommodate attendees of this workshop for the nights of September 4th, 5th and 6th. Any additional evenings of required accommodation will need to be booked outside of this workshop accommodation. This reminder in particular goes out to anyone who will need to stay the evening of September 7th in order to catch their flight the next morning.

We recommend that you book your full accommodation as soon as possible as Washington DC is very busy with group business at this time of year.
