Airports

The closest airport to Lake Constance is the Zurich Airport in Switzerland. Upon landing, you may catch the train to Hegne. St. Elisabeth Hotel is approximately 75 kilometers from the airport.

Public Transport from Zurich Airport:

Take a train from Zurich Airport directly to the city of Konstanz. There you have to change into a local train called "Seehas", which stops in Hegne. It is a 5 - 7 min walk uphill from the station in Hegne to the conference hotel. Please refer to the map below.

Alternatively you may catch faster trains that stop only in Allensbach and catch either a bus to Hegne station or a taxi (Taxi Albiez: Tel. +49 753 393 3339) from there to the conference hotel.

Car Transport from Zurich Airport:

From Zurich Airport take a short drive on highway A51 south, then follow highway A1 north to Wintherthur and after passing Wintherthur follow highway A7 north to Konstanz. From Konstanz it is a short distance west on Bundesstrasse 33 to Hegne (direction Radolfzell; Hegne is before Allensbach and after the turn to the Island Reichenau).
