Name badges and receipts:
Receipts and name badges will be mailed to pre-registered attendees, who
may pick up their badge holders at the pre-registration desk located in
the Admission to the
Educational Programs, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical
Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please
bring and wear your name badge at all times. (return

Meeting materials:
The Scientific Meeting registration entitles registrants to the
Proceedings of the meeting on CD ROM, one copy of the Program Book, and
admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants
for the Scientific Meeting will have access to the Proceedings two weeks
before the meeting via the ISMRM website.
Weekend Educational registration entitles registrants to the weekend
syllabus. This year, the syllabus for the weekend educational courses
will be produced in CD format only. In addition, advance registrants for
the weekend courses will have access to the syllabus content two weeks
before the meeting via the ISMRM website. Complete information on this
will be sent to the registrants in April.
Proceedings, Weekend Education Syllabus, and Program Book The Scientific
Meeting registration fee entitles registrants to the Proceedings of the meeting
on CD ROM and one copy of the Program Book. Registration for the Weekend
Educational Program also entitles registrants to the Weekend Educational
Syllabus on CD ROM and one copy of the Program Book.
Member discount:
Members in good standing of ISMRM may register for the 16th Meeting at
substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a
member of the ISMRM, it is not too late to join and take advantage of
the lower meeting registration rate.

Refunds & Cancellations:
A refund of the registration fee, less $75.00 for administrative charges, will
be made for any program when a written request is received in the ISMRM Central
Office on or before 04 April 2008. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
