Overview
The initial roles of MR Radiographer/Technologists are not management positions. However, with departments and workforces growing there are more opportunities and management positions across the globe. In this session you´ll be able to hear from colleagues that are holding this position at different centers, and learn how they manage not only a team, but during challenging moments like the COVID19 crisis.


Target Audience
MR Radiographers and Technologists, Clinicians and Physicists involved in leadership and management roles


Educational Objectives
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
1. Describe the role of MR Radiographers and Technologists as managers
2. Learnabout the challenges of these roles
3. Desribe how to manage a team in different and stressful situations
4. Be able to identify potential moments of crisis and how to approach these.
