The ISMRM, in conjunction with the Sociedade Paulista de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem (SPR), is seeking speakers to present at the 2026 Jornada Paulista de Radiologia (JPR), to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from 30 April to 03 May 2026.
Candidates should be enthusiastic speakers and teachers, with expertise in both quantitative MRI as well as recent developments in clinical applications of MRI. These speakers will be expected to give two presentations at the JPR and to interact with the organizers and other attendees.
In addition to travel to the JPR, the selected speakers will be expected to participate in several Zoom meetings prior to the meeting to harmonize and refine the presentation content.
Candidates should upload a short cover letter describing their area(s) of expertise and indicating their willingness to work with the SPR and other speakers on their presentations and travel to Sao Paulo to give the presentation. Additionally, a list of publications and invited talks over the past five years should be provided.
Applications will be reviewed by representatives from both the ISMRM and the SPR. Selection criteria will include prior publications and invited talks, as well as current ISMRM membership. Speakers will also be selected to balance the areas of expertise requested by the JPR to avoid topical overlap.
Flight, accommodations, meeting registration, and ground transportation will be provided.
