2026 ISMRT New Zealand South Island Division Representative: Call for Nominations

We are seeking nominations for the position of South Island Division Representative. This important leadership position plays a vital role in connecting MR Radiographers and Technologists across the region, strengthening our community through engagement, education, and collaboration.

Position: South Island Division Representative
Serving a 2-year term: Division representatives will be required to serve an additional 1 year as past-Division rep to support the incoming Division representative.
Reports to: New Zealand Chapter President

As the ISMRT South Island Division Representative, you will be;

• Responsible for organising and coordinating meetings within your division
• Have oversight of all financial, administrative, and organisational aspects of the division meetings.
• To assist with the planning and coordination of local meetings, appoint additional local officers to establish a Division Program Committee (DPC).
• Serve on the International Divisions Committee and provide formal feedback to the National Chapter President

Requirements:

• Be available to attend at least (3) on-line and (1) in-person meeting per year as part of the New Zealand Chapter board
• Attend International Divisions committee meetings (on-line) as required
