Wear your blue #1 ribbon with pride! Your first experience will be joining your new friends and colleagues at the Newbie Reception on Saturday, 10 May from 17:15 – 19:00 HST. Hear a short introduction from ISMRM President Margaret A. Hall-Craggs, M.D., of what to expect at the meeting and how to navigate. Join us for a beverage, some tasty bites and a chat with ISMRM leadership, legends, and experts at the various discipline tables. Mix and mingle with your colleagues and future collaborators!

During the Meeting

Pick Up Your Badge

Picking up or completing registration for the Annual Meeting can be done at the Registration Desk in the Hawaiʻi Convention Center. On-site registration will be open starting Friday, 09 May, from 14:00 through 19:00. Please check the Program-at-a-Glance for specific open hours; registration is open from 07:00-19:00 most days.

Exhibition Hall

While you’re in the exhibit hall, stroll the aisles and see product launches, learn more about the latest in magnetic resonance products and expand your network.  Be sure to stop and listen to digital and traditional poster presentations, check out the Power Pitch Theaters, and learn more about all 18 ISMRM Chapters around the world.

Stop by our ISMRM & ISMRT booth in the exhibition hall. Meet the central office staff and hear more about membership opportunities and upcoming events. Meet some MR Experts and expand your network and collaboration opportunities. Ask about our next annual meeting in Cape Town, South Africa, 2026.

Networking Events to Add to Your Calendar

Newbie Reception (RSVP required)

Saturday, 10 May, 17:15 – 19:00 HST

Room: 311

This is the event for first-time attendees: A special opportunity for first-time attendees to meet other “#1’s” as well as many experts in the field. First, join us for a 15-minute introduction where you’ll meet the ISMRM President, MR Experts, and learn a little more about navigating the annual meeting.

Then stroll to the reception to mix and mingle with your colleagues and future collaborators! You must have a “#1” ribbon to gain access. If you do not have the ribbon, check with the registration desk before 16:30 on Saturday, 10 May.

Opening Reception

Sunday, 11 May, 18:30 – 20:00 HST

The Opening Reception is your first opportunity to see the exhibition floor, digital posters, and thousands of your colleagues in one area. Come socialize, have a snack, and get a sneak peek in the Power Pitch Theaters where our infamous “Power Pitches” are held throughout the week. Reception runs from 18:30 – 20:00, Sunday, 11 May, in the Exhibition Hall.

Join the ISMRM Junior Fellows as they guide you through the annual meeting.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Forum & Reception

Monday, 12 May, 18:15 – 20:15 HST

Room: 313C

Inclusion and diversity are priorities in the ISMRM community. This year, we have a forum about equity, diversity, and inclusion. Meet with your colleagues to discuss the changes you can make in your labs and community. Forum runs from 18:15 – 20:15 on Monday, 12 May, in room 313C.

Closing Party (Opt-in required during registration)

Thursday, 15 May, 18:45 – 21:00 HST

Rooftop Garden (4th Floor)

Join us for the closing party on Thursday, 15 May, 18:45 – 21:00 HST. Go straight to the rooftop and enjoy the view, grab a drink, some food, and enjoy the experience with thousands of your new ISMRM community members. There is no better way to say “thank you” for attending by throwing an awesome party for the attendees and exhibitors. You don’t want to miss out on this exclusive fun and social event.
