Registration Information & FAQs
Group Registrations: Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Receipts: Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Do You Need a Visa? Information about applying for a visa is available on the Australian Department of Home Affairs website. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.
Do You Need an Invitation Letter? Be sure to select the invitation letter option when you register.
Meeting Materials: Your badge and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Sydney. No meeting materials will be mailed.
The Annual Meeting registration entitles ISMRM 5-day and 6-day, and SMRT 3-day, 4-day and 7-day registrants to online access to the Proceedings of the meeting and admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have access to the Proceedings and Educational Syllabus two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. More information on this will be sent to the registrants in March 2020.
Single-day registrants DO NOT receive access to the Proceedings. This includes those purchasing multiple single-day registrations. Only registrants who purchase a multi-day registration will receive access.
Admission to Educational Programs, Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing official meeting name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times.
ISMRM may take photos of attendees, speakers and events happening throughout the conference. These photos are for ISMRM’s use only and may appear on the ISMRM and SMRT websites, emails, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future promotional material. With your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

Member discount: Members in good standing of the ISMRM or SMRT may register for the Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM or SMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate. See the light blue box above for more information.
Onsite registration hours: To minimize long lines at our registration area, we encourage you to visit on Friday, 17 April 2020.

Refunds & Cancellations:
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at firstname.lastname@example.org by 18 March 2020.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
- Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
- Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
Attention Educational Stipend, Clinical Stipend and E.K. Zavoisky Applicants, PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you NOT register for the 2020 Annual Meeting until you receive a notification of acceptance or non-acceptance of your abstract in February 2020.
