ISMRM & ISMRT members, if you are interested in finding a roommate to share a hotel room with in Toronto, please fill out the application form linked below. Sorry, the form is now closed.

Your contact information will be added to the Roommate Finder list within two business days. This list is password-protected and only accessible by people on the list.

How it Works:

Once you have been added to the list and received your confirmation email, you will be able to access the list and contact other member attendees looking for roommates. The two (or more) of you will need to make arrangements for housing on your own, including dates, location, and how to split the bill. If you need additional assistance, contact Convention Housing Management at +1 (800) 422-8996.

Roommate Finder Terms & Conditions

Please keep in mind the following as you use this service:

  1. The purpose of this service is establishing roommate arrangements for the 2023 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition.
  2. The ISMRM & ISMRT accept no liability for use of this site.
  3. Members who sign up for this service will be able to access a password-protected list of other users who are looking for a roommate for the meeting. You will be notified via email if/when you are added to the list and how to access it.
