Payment Method*

There is a bank fee (in US$) if paying by wire transfer. This fee can be avoided by mailing a check for payment.

NOTE: For exhibitors located in or operating from a branch of South Africa, a 15% value-added tax (VAT) will be applied to your exhibition fee.

Terms of Agreement:

Exhibitor agrees to abide by the 2026 Exhibitor Rules and Regulations published on the ISMRM website, which are made a part of this contract by reference and fully incorporated herein. Please note that contracts received without full payment will not be processed until such time when full payment is received. Contracts submitted after the Early Bird Exhibit Rate Deadline (Monday, 15 December 2025) will have an additional US$200.00 fee added.

Contract & Payment Due:

All payments are due upon receipt.

Cancellation & Refund:

Friday, 13 February 2026 - Cancellation of exhibit space must be made in writing on or before Friday, 13 February 2026, for a full refund (minus a US$100 administration fee) of monies paid. If space is cancelled after Friday, 13 February 2026, there will be no refund, and ISMRM will retain as liquidated damages all monies paid.

Disclaimer:

I understand that ISMRM exhibit space costs ONLY include the square meter booth space specified; a hard shell wall scheme set-up with a hanging sign with company name and booth number will also be included for in-line and peninsula booths. I also understand that furnishings, flooring, lighting, utilities, and cleaning services are NOT included with ISMRM exhibit space costs and can be purchased separately by ISMRM’s appointed exhibitor vendors in the 2026 ISMRM Exhibitor Service Kit.*
