Endorsement of Programs

The ISMRM & ISMRT welcome requests for endorsement of programs sponsored by other organizations. A minimal charge for approved endorsements has been instituted in order to cover resources required for this service.

(By endorsing a program, the ISMRM & ISMRT assume no financial liability nor will the ISMRM or ISMRT have any involvement in the organization of the program.)

Endorsement Benefits:

  • Recognition in two (2) digital ISMRM/ISMRT Community Newsletters (e.g. before potential abstract deadline and the month prior to your meeting)**;
  • Recognition and listing on the endorsement page of the ISMRM website as well as in the Community Calendar;
  • ISMRM- or ISMRT-endorsed logo for use on promotional and event materials.

** Beyond inclusion in the two digital ISMRM/ISMRT Community Newsletters, we are unable to release emails or send dedicated emails regarding endorsed programs, as we reserve email communications for ISMRM/ISMRT-organized programs. This includes study group forums and email listservs, which are reserved for ISMRM study group sanctioned activities.

Endorsement Requirements:

  • Program must reflect a theme consistent with the mission of the ISMRM & ISMRT and be of interest to its membership;
  • Program ideally should have an international focus;
  • Program should have a diverse faculty in both gender and region;
  • Program must have defined learning objectives;
  • Program must not conflict with the timing or geographic location of any ISMRM- or ISMRT-organized event;
  • Recurrent or annual educational events must seek endorsement each time the program is organized; no ongoing endorsements are issued by the ISMRM or ISMRT.

Pricing:

  • US$500, due at time of acceptance and paid before the event is listed on our website or eligible for any other endorsement benefits.

Approval Process to Obtain Endorsement:

  • The approval process can take up to two (2) weeks; therefore, endorsement requests should be made well in advance of the event. This will allow for timely approval and recognition of your program.
  • Please complete and submit the form below. Please upload your overview of the program, including faculty list, noting diversity in gender and region, as well as session topics. Incomplete submissions may cause a delay in approving and recognition of your program.
  • All endorsements are at the discretion of ISMRM and/or ISMRT, and all decisions are final.
