Visa Invitation Letters for International Attendees

Non-Canadian attendees who require a visitor visa are strongly encouraged to register early for the 2027 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting & Exhibition to allow sufficient time for visa processing. Please note Canadian visitor visa processing can take a minimum of four months or longer in some cases.

Registration is required before an official visa invitation letter can be issued. Following registration, attendees will receive an email with instructions and a link to complete the visa invitation request form. Once submitted and processed, an official invitation letter containing the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Special Event Code will be provided to support their visa application.

The invitation letter information will also be shared with the IRCC special events team to assist with visa processing.
