Visa Invitation Letter

Please use the fillable 2027 ISMRM & ISMRT Annual Meeting invitation letter PDF below to assist with attaining a visa to travel to Vancouver, BC, Canada. Fill out the blank fields using information listed on your passport.

Make sure all the fillable fields listed below are completed so that the invitation letter remains valid:

• Date
• Full name as listed on passport and credentials (if applicable)
• Name of institution
• Address
• Passport number
• Country of issuance
• Expiration date of passport

Once completed, bring a copy of the letter with you along with your passport and visa application confirmation to your interview appointment at your local Canadian Embassy or Consulate.

Vancouver is serviced by Vancouver International Airport (YVR), a major international airport hub located on Sea Island in Richmond, British Columbia. It is located 12 km from downtown Vancouver and about 14 km (8.7 mi) from the Vancouver Convention Center.

TransLink is Metro Vancouver’s transportation network, offering several options to get around the city including rapid transit, bus, and train.

The closest rapid transit stations to the Vancouver Convention Centre are the Waterfront (@Bay 1 & @ Bay 2) or Burrard stations. The closest bus stops near the venue are at West Pender St. @ Howe St. or West Pender St. @ Granville St. All options are just a 6-12-minute walk to the center.
