Car Parking

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) operates a Southbank parking facility for visitors, guests and the general public. The car park is conveniently located undercover with direct lift access to the Centre’s convention and exhibition facilities and event spaces.

Disability Access

If you require disability-specific facilities, please notify the Meeting Organisers by indicating this on your registration form. Access and facilities for people with disabilities are provided throughout the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Dress

A smart casual / business attire dress code applies for all meeting sessions and the Gala Reception.

Name Badges

The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions. These will be provided at the meeting registration desk upon your arrival.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance before travelling.
