Accommodation Information

Accommodation bookings have now closed.

Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates at the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Novotel Sydney Darling Square and Holiday Inn Darling Harbour until Thursday 6 October 2022.

Accommodation can be booked between 9-14 November 2022, will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability. To secure the meeting accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.

All properties are within a short walking distance to the International Convention Centre, Sydney.

Cancellations and changes to your accommodation booking

Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the Meeting Secretariat. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one-night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.

Arrival time

Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released. Check in time is 14:00

Payment for accommodation

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy (outlined below).

PARKROYAL Darling Harbour

PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney offers superb guestrooms with fabulous views of the skyline and Darling Harbour. Admire the sparkling lights of the city when night falls, just before sinking into the comfort of your bed.

Each superior room offers a choice of king bed or two queen beds with Internet, Wi Fi, 40-inch LCD Smart TVs, ergonomic chair, large working table, lounge chair, minibar and complimentary coffee making facilities. The spacious bathroom includes a rainforest shower head and/or separate bath, large wash basin and toilet.

Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Car parking

Valet Parking is available for AUD65 per day. Please note our carpark has a maximum clearance height of 2.1 metres and is subject to availability.

Self-parking is available off-site at Centro Cinema Centre, Monday to Friday for AUD45 per exit or for a maximum period of 24 hours (whichever comes first). Self-parking tickets must be paid for and validated at the hotel’s reception desk prior to collecting your vehicle.

Payment

The hotel will charge guests a one-night deposit approx. 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card they provide upon booking. Failure to provide the deposit payment at this time will result in a cancellation of reservation.

Credit card service fee: The use of a credit card to any portion of payment will incur a surcharge of 1.3% against the full amount of payment.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided when booking. Cancellations must be advised in writing to ismrtanz@expertevents.com.au.
Cancellations after 7 October 2022 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations after 21 October 2022 will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation booking.
No shows: In the event of a non-arrival or reduction in length of stay, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Novotel Sydney Darling Square

The Novotel Sydney Darling Square hotel is located in the heart of Sydney, within the entertainment district of Sydney’s iconic Darling Harbour.

The Superior King Room includes a king sized bed, en suite with rain shower option, flat-screen TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities.

Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Car parking

Car parking is available nearby at Wilson Parking Darling Square at a discounted daily rate of $46.00 per 24 hours, per exit. In order to redeem this special offer, tickets must be paid for and validated at the hotel reception prior to collecting your vehicle. This is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. Address: Zollner Circuit, Haymarket NSW 2000.

The hotel will charge guests for their full accommodation booking approx. 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card they provide upon booking. Failure to provide full payment at this time will result in a cancellation of reservation.

Holiday Inn Darling Harbour
68 Harbour Street, Sydney

The newly refurbished Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is situated right between the bustling China Town and newly developed Darling Square precinct.

Each of our modern guestrooms come with a king bed and is equipped with a choice of soft & firm pillows, 32-inch flatscreen TVs, high speed internet access (charge), free access to digital newspaper on any of your smart devices and comfortable ensuite with dual pressure showerhead.

Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Car parking

No onsite parking available. The closest carpark to the Hotel is ‘InterPark’ at No1 Dixon Street. (Entry is located on Harbour Street). Hotel parking rate is $35.00 per day multiple entry up until 1pm day of check out. Provide your car registration number upon check in.

Payment

The hotel will charge guests a one-night deposit approx. 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card they provide upon booking. Failure to provide the deposit payment at this time will result in a cancellation of reservation. All remaining nights and incidentals to be settled by the guest upon check in/check out.
