Accommodation Information

Special accommodation rates have been secured for meeting delegates wanting to stay onsite at Cordis Hotel, Auckland. We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible if you wish to stay at Cordis Hotel as accommodation is not reserved and is subject to availability. The link to book will be at the end of the registration portal and in your confirmation email. Cordis Hotel can be booked between 14-21 November 2023.

Accommodation has also been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates at Mercure Auckland Queen Street until Friday 13 October 2023. Mercure Auckland bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. Mercure Auckland can be booked between 16-20 November 2023 and is subject to availability.

Payment for accommodation

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy and cancellation policy (outlined below).

Superior room

Each superior room offers a choice of king bed or two singles beds with complimentary WiFi, 48-inch LED TV, work desk, minibar, pillow menu and complimentary water on arrival. Every detail of the Superior Room is designed to get you refreshed and ready for a new day of adventure.

Deluxe room

Giving the same comforts as the superior room, the Deluxe room is on a higher level offering views over the city.

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Car parking

Self-parking is available for NZ$35 per day and valet parking is available for NZ$50 per day.

Payment

Credit card guarantee required at time of booking. Credit card payments incur a 2.50% surcharge.

Cancellation policy

Full cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled after 4pm local time, one day prior to arrival.
No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Located at the top of Queen Street, Mercure Auckland Queen Street embraces its vibrant local culture. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the meeting venue, Cordis Hotel.

Standard king room

The modern 20sqm standard room features a king bed, air conditioning, WiFi, flat screen TV, in room safe, tea and coffee making facilities and work desk.

Check in is at 2:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Car parking

Self-parking is available for NZ$35 per day.

Payment

One night deposit will be charged to the delegate’s credit card at 30 days prior to arrival. The final balance of accommodation is to be paid upon check-in. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

Cancellation policy

Full cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Arrival time

Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released. Check in time is 14:00
