Adelaide Airport is located just seven kilometres from the city centre, and services direct national and international flights daily.

Taxi/rideshare

While there are plenty of taxis available, particularly in the city’s key entertainment districts, it’s worth booking a taxi for the busiest periods, such as Friday and Saturday nights.

Public Transport

Adelaide has an extensive public transport system of buses, trains and trams, operated by Adelaide Metro. The tram is free to travel on within the city centre, with the closest tram stop conveniently located a two-minute walk from the Centre, in front of the historic Adelaide Railway Station.

Climate

Spring sees weather warm up with average temperatures in Adelaide between 11.8 – 22°C. Please pack a jacket just in case you need it.

Disability access

If you require disability-specific facilities, please notify the Meeting Organizers by indicating this on your registration form. Access and facilities for people with disabilities are provided throughout the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Dress

A smart casual / business attire dress code applies for all meeting sessions and the Gala Reception.

Name badges

The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions. These will be provided at the meeting registration desk upon your arrival.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance before travelling.

Internet access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire venue.
